The Beverly at Shadow Lake

I regret to write this review, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience living here. I strongly advise against moving into these apartments for the following reasons: Lack of Management Concern: The management team at here has displayed a shocking lack of concern for the well-being and safety of its residents. When my apartment was flooded due to a malfunctioning fire sprinkler in the middle of the night, they showed no urgency or responsiveness to the situation. Security Concerns: Furthermore, two months ago, my car was stolen from the parking lots. I immediately reported the incident to the management office, requesting access to surveillance footage in the hope of identifying the thief. Unfortunately, my request has been met with complete silence, and to this day, I have not received any response or assistance. In summary, the negligence of the management team here] has led to distressing experiences, both in terms of property damage and security. It is disheartening to live in a place where residents' concerns are not taken seriously, and their safety and well-being are not a priority. I strongly advise potential renters to consider other options before making the decision to live here. Your safety and peace of mind deserve better attention and care than what you will find at here.

THIEVES EVERYWHERE Don’t come to live in this apartment complex unless you want your car and belongings to be stolen. We moved to this apartment complex in August 1st 2023, and I’m writing this review on December 16th 2023. In less than four months, my Mother’s 2019 Kia Optima was stolen, my bike’s tires were stolen, they tried to steal the whole bike but they couldn’t do they only took the tires and the seat, and my brother’s car’s windows was broken to steal what inside. Thieves are going around in this apartment complex looking to steal something ALL THE TIME. The five star reviews are fake.

The leasing office staff has been exceptional. They are friendly,helpful,and always available to assist with any concerns or questions.in summary, living at the Beverly’s at shadow Lake has been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well mannered community. Thank you to the entire Beverly at shadow Lake for making this a great place to call home!

I toured at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. Maintenance requests are always promptly addressed by the friendly management team. Daphnee was exceptional with all the help she provided me and the community is welcoming, and safety is a top priority. Noise levels were minimal, and I felt right at home and this was just a tour. The value for money is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I have lived at the Beverly for 30 days and have experienced numerous issues that have not yet been addressed. To start communication after my $600 deposit was accounted for, prior to move in, was minimal to non existent. I sent multiple emails and phone calls until THE DAY BEFORE I was supposed to move in is when I was told my unit “had been” ready. After move in, the stove was unusable for about 2 weeks.. THAT is when the maintenance came to fix it.. also little to no water pressure in the shower, and a leaking dishwasher all mentioned on the maintenance request list when I moved in … A MONTH AGO.. that still has not been fixed. I have been to the office now on several occasions, one being that someone tried to break into my apartment via the sliding patio door and today for the construction happening above me that has no estimated time of completion, according to the young woman I was able to speak to… ALL OF THIS was brought to the attention of the front office who I was told would “give me a call” and again… has not done so…. beautiful complex.. with no one to care for it.. these renovations won’t last long…. If someone from the office could call me… thanks.. UPDATE: No one from office management reached out to me so I waited for an hour in person to speak to someone after a less than desirable interaction with a young lady at the front who completely ignored my complaints, gave excuses and spoke over me whist I explained why I was there. When speaking to the assistant manger.. again after an HOUR WAIT… she also completely disregarded my complaints and interrupted asking “what would like me to do?”. I asked what the process was for ending my lease due to lack of safety and attention to tenants to which I was informed that regardless of lack of safety and a livable environment I would have to pay over 3k to vacate… AND continue to pay for my apartment until THEY (the complex) could lease it out again…. When mentioning a lawyer, I was given the email to corporate and was quickly told “thanks have a great day” before I could ask anymore questions.. zero stars if I could….
